Cecely joined Unique’s Board of Trustees in 2025 and her connection with Unique began during her own pregnancy, where she experienced firsthand the vital importance of the charity’s work in supporting families affected by rare chromosome disorders. This personal experience drives her commitment to ensuring that expectant parents have access to Unique’s comprehensive information and support services when they need it most. Qualified as a solicitor in 2009, Cecely has spent the past decade at an asset management company, where she specializes in fixed income restructurings. She aims to add value to the Board by using her experience in analyzing complex situations, conducting thorough due diligence and anticipating potential challenges.
