This year, Unique is on course to help more people than ever before, providing support and information about a huge range of different rare chromosome and gene disorders. We are there to help people when they need us most.

To do this, we rely on fundraising and donations. All funds raised make a real difference to the lives of those affected by rare chromosome and gene disorders.

Our Lottery (run by Unity Lottery) is a quick and easy way to help us make sure families get the help they need. You can play for as little as £1 per week and what’s more, 50p of every £1 you play is guaranteed to come straight to Unique. You’ll even be in with a chance of winning a cool £25,000!

You will be allocated a six digit Unity Lottery number, which will remain yours for as long as you wish to keep playing. You can purchase more than one number if you wish and every Saturday, the lucky winners are selected at random. Prize cheques are issued and posted directly to you, so there is no need for you to claim. You must be 16 or over to enter. Winners have to match 3, 4 5 or all 6 digits of the winning number in the correct place in the sequence.

Last year (to the end of October 2019) our lottery proceeds were £3,153. Of that, 50% (£1576.50) was spent on  our good cause work to support families affected by rare chromosome disorders, 18% (£573.38) on prizes and 32% (£1003.12) on expenses. An individual's chance of winning a prize is 1 in 63.
