We are really pleased to welcome a new member of the Unique team. Anita King will be working to support families on our Listening Ear telephone and email helpline and we think her skills and experience will be invaluable and a great fit for our existing staff team.
Anita has worked as a midwife for more than 25 years, including in a team offering counselling and screening to expectant parents. She has a particular interest in genomics and therefore has a good understanding of some of the issues faced by Unique families, particularly in the early days.
